2:A cutter.

3:Payer of scissors.

4:And get started now..

Step:1

    Take a waste water bottle.

   Open the warped paper.

Step:3

Cut the bottle from the place shown in the image. 

Step:4

Cut the bottle again as shown n the image.

Step:5

It should look like this.

Press the plastic peace from both the corners. 

Step:7

Cut it into a strip with width 4cm.
